Here's a quick pencil sketch inspired by a modern jive photo kindly posted on my facebook wall by Cloud 9 (Modern Jive Classes)

Modern Jive Cartoon 3 / Facebook Dance Cartoon Project

Another new pic on the way as part of the Facebook Dance Cartoon Project. Once again the basic layout has been outlined in pencil.

Some black sharpie marker and some color pencil work have been added now, keeping the lines following the contours of the body. Light blue copic added here and there too

Tango dancers stage 2

Tango stage 2! adding some yellow on the exposed skin, this will act as the highlight color, and also a couple of light blue highlights on the guy's shoes, both colors applied with copic markers.

Here's the first stage of a new drawing, this one is going to be of a couple caught in an embrace mid-tango. Stage 1 is loosely putting down some pencil lines with a 3B to define the layout and pose.
